“Polpette” are Italian meatballs. In this case, they are made with beef, cooked slowly in a rich homemade tomato sauce.
Served with pecorino cheese and grana padano, and a touch of black pepper. These meatballs melt in your mouth with the flavor of Italy in every bite. Accompanied by fresh bread, they make a dish reminiscent of an Italian grandmother’s cooking.
Provoletta with Pesto

Arancini Pietta
Crispy rice balls filled with mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, and a truffle center.

Descripción:
The name comes from “Arancio” (orange in Italian) because of the color it takes on when fried. The color is due to the saffron used as a seasoning.
They are a real explosion of flavors. Rice balls stuffed with mushrooms and Parmesan cheese. They contain a truffle center that will surprise you with every bite. Crispy on the outside and soft and full of flavor on the inside.
Burrata Speck Insalata
Creamy burrata salad with cherry tomatoes, speck, and arugula with pesto dressing.

The central ingredient of this dish is burrata, a fresh cheese with a creamy interior that we call “stracciatella.”
The bresaola, which accompanies the dish, is a thinly sliced cured beef.
Our creamy burrata “Insalata.” Served with cherry tomatoes, cured bresaola, and fresh arugula. We add a pesto dressing for a light dish full of tradition.

Montanare or pizzelle are small fried pizzas that can be eaten in a couple of bites.
These are little gems of Neapolitan cuisine. A fritta pizza base topped with tomato sauce, funghi porcini, pecorino, and speck (24 months). It combines the best of tradition and innovation in a single bite.

Spaghetti Alla Carbonara
(Add stuffed pasta for €3). Traditional Italian spaghetti carbonara.

Descripción:
Coal miners in the Apennines used to eat pasta with pancetta, cheese, and egg. That’s how carbonara was born.
Our Spaghetti Carbonara respects the original recipe from the Apennines, combining al dente spaghetti with a creamy mixture of egg yolk, pecorino, and Grana Padano cheese. We top the spaghetti with pieces of guanciale that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Authentic, delicious, and without cream, just as it should be.
Rigatoni All’amatriciana
(Add stuffed pasta for €3). Rigatoni with cheese and pepper in amatriciana sauce with guanciale.

Descripción:
Amatriciana sauce originates from the town of Amatrice, formerly known as “gricia.” The original recipe does not include tomato.
Rigatoni pasta is tossed in a rich Amatriciana sauce with tomato, guanciale, pecorino cheese, and black pepper. This dish captures the essence of Roman cuisine.
Tagliolini Speck E Porcini
(Add stuffed pasta for €3). Italian tagliatelle with Parmesan cheese, speck, and porcini mushrooms in a cream sauce.

Taglioni are long, narrow, flat noodles.
Speck is a type of cured ham with a smoky flavor. It is made in South Tyrol, a province in northeastern Italy.
Our Tagliolini Speck E Porcini are tagliatelle served with Parmesan cheese, accompanied by smoked speck and porcini mushrooms. All wrapped in a rich cream sauce. Each bite is seasoned with Grana Padano, which enhances the intense flavors of this traditional dish. Full of flavors from northern Italy.
Fiocchi di Pera 4 Formaggi
Pasta stuffed with pear and cheese, in a four-cheese sauce with walnuts and homemade pear jam.

The delicate pasta filled with pear and taleggio cheese is mixed with a rich four-cheese sauce, homemade jam, and crunchy walnuts, offering a perfect combination of sweetness and creaminess.
Pesto e Burrata
Rigatoni pasta with homemade pesto and burrata cheese.

Pesto originated in Genoa and is made with olive oil, basil, pine nuts, and Parmesan cheese.
Our Pesto e Burrata combines rigatoni with a creamy homemade Genovese pesto, made with fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil. We accompany it with a soft burratina (a mini burrata) and top it off with toasted pine nuts. A dish with great freshness provided by its ingredients.
